Order processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after placement.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer than usual.
- Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping times
- Estimated delivery is typically 7–15 business days after your order has been processed.
- Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Occasional delays may occur due to high demand, customs processing, carrier issues, or weather conditions.
Shipping insurance
- Optional shipping insurance is available at checkout for an additional fee.
- If selected, your order is protected against eligible loss, damage, or delivery issues during transit.
- If not selected, Vellura Living is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once handed off to the carrier, except where required by law.
Tracking your order
- You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
- Please allow a short window for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
- Can't find your tracking email? Contact our support team and we'll help.
Incorrect shipping information
- Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
- Vellura Living is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect details provided at checkout.
- If you catch an error right after ordering, contact us immediately, we'll do our best to correct it before your order ships.
Delays
While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally happen due to carrier disruptions, customs clearance, weather events, public holidays, or high shipping volumes. We appreciate your patience.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
- If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
- If you purchased shipping insurance, reach out promptly so we can assist with the claims process.
- If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier first.
Customs, duties & taxes
- Depending on your location, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.
- Vellura Living is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Split shipments
In some cases, your order may arrive in separate packages depending on item availability or warehouse location. Tracking will be provided for each shipment where applicable.
