Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement.

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not require items to be physically returned. Simply contact us at velluralivingco@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue, and we will work to make it right.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Photos of the issue are helpful and may be requested. We will evaluate each case and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including custom or personalized products. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refund requests on sale items.

Exchanges If you'd like a different item, we recommend contacting us to resolve your original order first, then placing a new purchase for the item you want.

Refunds Once your case has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
